The New York Times published an article on Webcams that included the Iowa farm growers camera focused on a cornfield. In the article, a Time's survey found that 2 out of 3 people would rather watch corn grow than watch paint dry. I think that is very generous when you consider that millions of people spent some time last year watching paint dry in museums and art galleries. Given that thousands of people have visited the cornfield via camera, I thought that there might be a few (1 of 3) web camera voyeurs who might prefer watching paint dry. If you have no sense of humor you should just stop thinking about it too much. artistpainting.com
