January 02, 2006 at 16:20 pmDepends how long you have had the tank set up if its new or you have done a water change resently it may be a bacterial bloom.How long has it been that way? usually it goes away in 1-3 weeks. also don't feed the fish too often (i know i like to lol) get your water checked at a local pet store to see how your levels are ie ph and stuff. I am new to fish tanks i have had this one 2 months and had my share of problems too. so far looking good again! cheers for looking Mel -
