Dillie is a FARM BORN visually impaired domestic deer that is a housepet. She is not a wild deer She lives in Canal Fulton, Ohio, USA. Join her facebook circle or learn more about her at her personal website www.dilliedeer.com, or or at erah.evetsite.com Join her Facebook circle ! Dillie's friends are Lady the Standard Poodle , Spaz the black cat, Neffie the abyssinian cat, She is a very loved member pet of her family. Dillie Plays on 5 acres of yard and woods, but when in the house likes to lounge on her bed. She is free to come and go in/outside as she pleases and is never confined. She is housebroken, and very gentle. She is never allowed to mix with wild deer and it would be illegal for her ever to go out int the wild. This is Dillie's bedroom. If she is not up in her bed, she may be playing in other areas of the house or outside grazing and playing. It is Spring, and Dillie loves to play out in the yard in the morning and late afternoon. Dillie is a very special animal whose visual impairment, farm bred background, and bonding to her adopted family has made her completely tame and adapted to the house. There is no other deer that we would ever recommend be kept as a pet like this . In other words, don't try this at home! Dillie wears a "Zoombak" GPS tracking collar to protect her. To learn more about Zoombak, go to www.zoombak.com CHILD SAFETY WARNING : The home tab that appears at the top of this page is the home page for the webcam server. It is an international site where people broadcast webcams without any censorship. There are thumbnail images there of some of the cams that are broadcasting, and they may not be child appropriate !

@SugarSug: Thank you. I am optimistic that I am on the road to being cancer free. ANd it has been a remarkable journey that has really taught me things I never learned in all my studies and practice of vet medicine. I am a better person for having gone through this. And feel so blessed to receive prayers and well-wishes from so many people because of Dillie. Thank you.

@bolognameter: I believe Dillie's poor vision contributes to her absolute domesticity. And the fact that she was with us from the time she was only 4 lbs and we were her sole source of nutrition and love makes her very bonded to us-- especially my husband. She can go anywhere she wants to in the house except one room where we grow hibiscus for her and Steve keeps his expensive cigars. She got in there once and wiped out the entire flock of hibiscus plants-- all 6 of them. Ate very leaf. Had to start over on that! She can also go outside whenever she wants-- we have 5 fenced acres. We are going to try and take her cam outside more now that we switched to a laptop. I wouldn't recommend this situation to anyone, but there isn't anything we havent and wouldnt do for her happiness and comfort and I know she feels very loved. She returns that love to us in so many ways.

A 'wild' deer being kept in these circumstances would disgust me. A rescued farm deer who has been given a second chance at life as a pampered pet delights all of us. What kind people you must be to do this. I hope your good karma bounces right back to you.

What a wonderful visit we had with Dillie and her mom and dad today! Dillie is a real sweetheart! We hugged, she licked and licked my hands and even gave me kisses on the cheek. Our best to Dr. Melanie and Steve! You're my adopted deer, Dillie. Love, Marty and Dick

@dilliedear: Mommy is going to take the cam outside sometimes, but right now daddy is building my fence, and all the noise is really scaring me. Maybe later today!
