From the 13th floor of an appartmentbuilding the webcam shows mostly the Parksluizen (Park locks) and the Droogleever Fortuynplein.
Sometimes the webcam is aimed at the other direction. Then you see the western suburb of Delfshaven and at the background the Nieuwe Waterweg (New Waterway) leading to the Northsea.
Besides this 'official' statement, I can tell you that the camera shows,whatever I like to show you.
